These terms apply when you use LunchSkill, run by MasterclassView, 14 Bd Princesse Charlotte, 98000 Monaco. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.

The lessons

• Lessons are made with AI tools: the presenter, the voice or the footage may be synthetic. Such videos carry an “AI-generated” label.
• They teach general skills and are not professional financial, legal, tax or medical advice. Check what matters for your situation before you act on it.
• A lesson can contain mistakes. Tell us at contact@masterclassview.com and we will correct or remove the video.
• Some lessons list tools under “Tools in this lesson”. A link marked “Paid link” is an affiliate link: if you buy through it, we may earn a commission. The price is the same for you.

Your account

• You must be at least 13, or older if your country sets a higher age for using online services on your own.
• Signing in goes through your email inbox or Google account: whoever can open them can open your LunchSkill account, so keep them secure.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Comments

• You are responsible for what you post. Not allowed: anything illegal, harassment or threats, hate against people for who they are, spam and advertising, other people’s personal data, pretending to be someone else.
• We may hide or delete comments that break these rules and close accounts that keep breaking them. Use Report on a comment to bring it to us.
• Your comments stay yours. You let us show them on LunchSkill, free of charge, for as long as they are up.

Our videos

The videos, texts, and the LunchSkill name and logo belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. Watch them, share their links and embed them with the code under Share as much as you like. Downloading, re-uploading, selling, scraping them or training AI models on them needs our written permission.

Copyright complaints

If something here infringes your rights, write to contact@masterclassview.com with the page address, the work concerned and why the rights are yours. We take down what infringes, usually within a few working days.

Availability and liability

LunchSkill is free and provided as it is: features and videos may change or go away, and the site may be down at times. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on a lesson. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Account holders get an email about significant changes before they apply.
